Meet the team

Owner: Craig Robinson

Craig qualified from Pershore college in 2008, after 2 years gaining an NVQ Level 2 in Amenity Horticulture - this included garden design, construction and maintenance. Having now been in the industry for over 16 years which includes experience working with local tree surgeons and garden maintenance companies.

Whilst at college, I completed extra curricular courses to improve my development and knowledge. Courses included Safe use of Pesticides, Basic Use of a Chainsaw and Tree Climbing using a rope and harness. Over the years, I have built up a wide local client base and gained vital experience to deal with customers' needs. We are the trusted Grounds Care provider for hotels, local councils and the MOD. Ground Up has been trading since 2012 and we are considered specialists in high quality domestic and commercial garden maintenance service.

Office staff include Tracy Atton, who joined the team in early 2023 part time. Tracy is a great asset to the business, and takes great care meeting customers needs. From providing updates on quotations to booking our clients into the diary. Craig also provides admin support, and is the 'front of house' when it comes to site visits to provide accurate quotations and advice. Jordan Huggins joined us August 2023 and Dale Rogers joined us April 2024.
